Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the legit.events platform at https://legit.events. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
legit.events provides ticketing for closed and invite-only events: branded registration pages, QR ticket delivery by email, approval workflows, and door check-in. Tickets are free; the platform does not process payments.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to use the email address or Google account you sign in with.
Organisers
Organisations that create events (“Organisers”) are responsible for their events, content, and the attendee data they collect, including obtaining any necessary consents and complying with applicable law. Organisers must not use the platform to send unsolicited communications or to collect data unlawfully.
Attendees
Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Entry to any event is at the discretion of the Organiser and subject to capacity and venue rules. Present your QR ticket and any required identification at the door.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access data without authorisation.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Do not attempt to forge, duplicate, or tamper with tickets.
Availability & disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, legit.events is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or events arising from use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful to the service or its users.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
