legit.events is a ticketing platform for closed and community events. Spin up a branded registration page, email QR tickets, approve guests, and run the door from a phone — even when the venue Wi-Fi gives out. Free tickets, no payment processing.
Branded registration
Each event gets its own public page — colours, fonts, hero image and copy — with Google sign-in for invited domains and a guest path for everyone else.
QR tickets by email
Every approved attendee gets an HMAC-signed QR ticket delivered by email, plus a shareable ticket page they can save to their phone.
Approval & invites
Review external guests, bulk-invite by pasting a list of emails, and route people to employee or guest flows automatically by their email domain.
Offline door scanner
A phone-based scanner that verifies tickets, works offline through spotty venue Wi-Fi, and syncs every check-in once it reconnects.
Multi-organisation
Organisations run many events, each with its own team, roles, branding and attendee list — fully isolated from one another.
Operator tooling
Live activity log, manual check-in, CSV export, and a stress-test mode to rehearse the door with thousands of synthetic attendees.
How it works
- An organiser creates an event and customises its page, copy and branding.
- Invited employees sign in with Google; external guests register and are reviewed.
- Approved attendees receive a QR ticket by email.
- At the door, staff scan tickets — online or offline — and everyone’s in.
